Our website, Birding with Ian & Brian has now gone live.
The site brings together three strands of our work: stories about people and their birding adventures, guidance on how Zen Birding can deepen the experience of being in the field, and factual accounts of Brian’s worldwide birding journey.
If you subscribe to this blog, you’ll receive updates whenever new material is added to the website, along with occasional behind‑the‑scenes glimpses into how Ian & Brian create their work.
Ian is Brian’s alter‑ego. He tells stories drawn from Brian’s real experiences, but fictionalized so that words and actions are not attributed to actual people.
From time to time, you’ll also find true reflections — sometimes framed as stories — because the mysteries of life have followed me throughout my birding quest.
In the future, the website will likely expand to include podcasts, YouTube videos, and downloadable PDFs of selected pieces.
I’ll do my best to respond to comments, suggestions, and even reprimands (lol).
